Hornchurch, Havering – EWI and silicone render
Following a rear extension in 2017, this property had suffered from several cracks on the exterior side walls. To avoid repeated repairs, this owner opted for a full house render in silicone white. To help with their energy bills and to keep the property warmer, we also applied external wall insulation (EWI) across the whole house.
Hornchurch, Havering – outhouse plastered
GK Rend are happy to undertake all types of domestic across Havering and Essex. The acrylic rendering for this outhouse had an off-white finish and took three days to complete.
Hornchurch, Havering – semi detached house rendered

Crayford - plastering of five flats
Building Association Ltd is a construction company based in Bexley. We started working on their new build project that consisted of five new flats. We were required to plaster all the rooms including the hallway. There were 4 2-bed flats, and a penthouse with 2 bedrooms. We were able to schedule this work in and work alongside other contractors which ensured that we were able to complete our work according to the set schedule.
Emerson Park - front, rear and side render
This Emerson Park property owner wanted the front, rear and sides of her home rendered. There was no previous render to remove and as a result we were able to complete the job in one week. The client wanted a modern, bright colour and chose Monocouche chalk, off white.
Shenfield - whole house rendered
The homeowners of this Edwardian styled home in Shenfield wanted a makeover for all the external walls. The original look had decorative wooden beams on the front, which were removed by GK Rend as part of the project. Because the beams had to be removed, this project took just over two weeks to complete. The finish was an acrylic render in white.

This Upminster property had been recently extended and required an off-white, acrylic render. This job took the team 10 days to complete.
Chelmsford - bungalow conversion rendered
The team at GK Rend were called in to render this property in Chelmsford. Once a bungalow, it was transformed into a 4 bedroom house. The new part of the home was built in timber which we were easily able to render in Monocouche chalk - off white.
Hornchurch - whole house render
When this Hornchurch client came to us, he wanted the project undertaken in a short space of time. He chose Monocouche chalk, off white, for his whole house render. In order to deliver, we scheduled the work to be done with 80% of our workforce on the job at the same time. We also worked over the weekend and as a result we finished the project on time, within a very short period.
Harold Hill – Mead Primary School
This commercial project in Harold Hill, was for the external rendering of a 12 metre extension. We were also required to plaster all the interior walls. They opted for a thin coat render in pale green.
